You do not need a return label, BudBee will take care of it. Report your return to BudBee through the link received in the app when your order was delivered and follow the instructions.

 

PostNord/DPD

Attach the included return label and hand in the package at your local PostNord Access point.

 

UPS

Attach the included return label and hand in the package at your local UPS Access point. For all options available in your area, please contact your local UPS office.

 

If you did not receive a return slip from UPS/PostNord in your package, or if you need assistance, kindly contact our Customer Service team at support@chimieyewear.com. Once we have managed your return you will receive a confirmation email and your refund.
